Bounce are a well known brand for their protein and nutritious energy balls (and not to mention the rather pricey £2 per ball too), but is it worth it... well thats what I am going to be talking about. To start with there are so many flavours, but my personal favourites are the almond, and the coconut and macadmia. I was surprised, but I wasn't a huge fan of the peanut butter one, which is odd because peanut butter is my favourite thing!! Back onto the actually balls, I love the almond and would happily pay £2 for it however, most of the others I do find it quite sweet and some people like that, but I can only manage a few bits of it, before I pass the rest onto someone else. Bounce balls are my go to snack after an S&C session and even just after a run, bike or swim session. All my team at the national cross country relays had one before our race, and we managed to come 8th in the country, so I guess they must have done something well.

I am always excited whenever you are talking about getting the most delicious things to eat in snack time. Bounce is the one thing that I would probably like to get if someone is getting it for me to eat.
