Rude Health is a well known health brand, which you will see in pretty much all health food shops and rightly so, because all their products are great. They have so many different products which makes it even better. I first started off testing their muesli and it didn't fail to deliver! As soon as I got it, it became normality to have it on my porridge each morning. The strawberry and raspberry granola was also a huge win for me! At first I was a bit like mmm.. it doesn't look that tasty but after one spoonful I soon realised actually this is quite tasty. A week later the box was empty after being put on my yogurts and porridge almost every day! Not being a huge fan of beetroot I was a bit sceptical of the beetroot bar, and I cautiously tried a bite, and I didn't really like it but my dad finished it off quickly so it must be pretty good... just if you like beetroot that is! The great thing about Rude Health is that they have so many different flavours so it wasn't long until I tried the peanut bar and this was delicious and was a perfect pre swim bar, to give me that last minute boost before my session! Their crackers were the only product which had my family in different directions (yes, these foods have to go through the family test) because my parents thought they were too bland but my sister and I thought they were scummy. Anyway ignoring my parents, I loved them and I thought they were a perfect evening snack either after an evening running session, when you have had tea and are catching up on some work or even just sitting in front of the TV. The almond drink was a personal favourite of mine because it is perfect just to have a quick slurp of every now and then, but I found it went best in my banana milkshake as it gave it a subtle nutty taste to it. I tried the Rye Oaty and The Oaty biscuits and they were both really nice and tasty and are perfect as a quick healthy snack if you are on the move and just need to quickly get something in you.
Finally the ultimate granola, unfortunately I don't have a photo of it in action, but I tended to put it on plain yogurt with some honey, and it was delicious. Next time though I think I need a bigger box of it, it went a bit too quickly for my liking! G x

Recently I have been trying out perk!er bars, and initially when I found out that they were made form quinoa I wasn't sure what to expect... because often when quinoa is used to make flap jacks or biscuits, it is fair to say that the taste isn't always what you want. Don't worry these bars were so much better than expected, and I had to keep checking they were all all there still, because all my family wanted them, all of the time. I tested out 4 of their bars, which were: -Cocao & cashew -Cashew, chia & pumpkin seed -Goji & cranberry -Oaty cranberry & cashew After testing them all out, I decided my favourite was the cocao & cashew bar, but it was a hard choice as all of them were so tasty! They are definitely up there with my favourite bars and what makes them even better is that they are made with such nutricious ingredients. These bars show a frequent appearance in my shopping basket now. I often have a perkier bar before going running or they are often an addition to my breakfast. I am very keen to try out Perkiers new bar, coconut & chia and also their porridge pots as they look so delicious! If you are interested in their products, take a look at their website perkier.co.uk and you can also buy the bars from most supermarkets! G x Taste: 5/5
